General informations

WeVoz is a platform that supports thinking free of interference, obstacles or limitations. Freedom of thought does not mean the absence of rules, which remain necessary for compliance with the law and for the full enjoyment of the platform by the whole community; for this reason, each user is required to strictly comply with the law and the provisions of this document.

The idea that inspired WeVoz is to guarantee free dialogue and discussion between users. For this to happen WeVoz offers a place that gives space and hospitality to these dynamics and where, as if to recall the ancient agora, the community can feel truly free to express itself.

We believe that digital information cannot be the prerogative of search engines or current social networks, places where too many decisions (filters, algorithms, content selection, bubble filters, etc.) are taken in the user's place.

WeVoz relaunches the user's domain on their wishes, their will to inquire, their right to a free choice .

WeVoz presents itself as a new social network, different from all the others: a free information, comment and discussion channel, without gags.

Our priority is to allow a free and safe place for the expression of opinions, discussions and debates. In this delicate process, the community plays a fundamental role both in respecting the rules of civilization and debate, as well as for its contribution in protecting it.

It is important that you understand our Policies, those of the community, and their role in ensuring the security of WeVoz with a shared responsibility.

Before using our services, reading and acceptance of the rules below is required.

These rules apply both to the definitive WeVoz platform, to the App, and also to the Waiting List service provided in the phase prior to the release of the WeVoz App. In the latter case, these rules apply only to the services available and without any right of the User to provide the services, or part of them, still not available or not released.

WeVoz is a social Network Application that allows Users to publish and share their Content with other Users, in audio format, which will then be transcribed using the proprietary technology of "Speech to text" and which may be reproducible and / or visible also by the Visitors of the social network precisely because of the advertising of such Contents. WeVoz aspires to be a space in which Users feel free to publish, under their own responsibility, all the Contents they wish and view, always under their own responsibility, the Contents they intend to access.

4.2 Fake news

Within its Application, WeVoz fights the phenomenon of "Fake news" and therefore the dissemination of false, inaccurate or misleading information.

To this end, WeVoz, first of all, provides Users with the possibility of certifying the veracity of their Content, allowing them to easily insert the sources and references (also via links) from which such Content originated in order to demonstrate its correctness.

Consequently, each Content on WeVoz will have a level of truthfulness certified by the members of the Community, which will be the result of the average of the scores assigned from time to time by each User who wishes to assign their own "truth score". Each User will also have the possibility to view on their own Dashboard, through the Application of filters, only the Contents that have a certain "truth score" in order to block access to the Contents that the Community will have considered as false or misleading.

With the development of these operations, WeVoz specifies that it does not intend in any way to become an obstacle to the manifestation of the freedom of expression or thought of the Users which, on the contrary, is held in due and important consideration by WeVoz and indeed placed as a cornerstone of this Application.

9.1 Waiting List Regulations

The Waiting List (hereinafter also "Waiting", "Waiting List", "WL", "Ranking") has the purpose of creating a queue for managing access to the WeVoz App (currently not available) a time it will be released on the market.

"Access to the App" means the complete activation of the user account and, therefore, the latter's right to be able to use the services offered with the WeVoz App.

Access to the App will be allowed to two types of subjects:

  • Waiting List Users;
  • Users specially selected by WeVoz srl.

For the access of Waiting List users, WeVoz undertakes to respect the order (ranking) present in the relative ranking.

There is no regulation for the access of the users selected by us: we reserve the right to grant privileged access to certain users regardless of their possible participation in the WL.

The aim of the Waiting List is to generate a dynamic and interactive ranking.

Waiting is subject to constant updating (at least on a daily basis).

The waiting list provides for the attribution of cumulative scores in relation to the activities that the user carries out on the platform. The total of the scores obtained by the user is assumed for the user's positioning in the waiting list: the higher the score, the higher the position in the ranking. In the case of users with the same score, the chronological criterion of registration in WL will be used: whoever registered first will have the highest position in the ranking.

Each user has the possibility to create more Voz (ie the audio content recorded on WeVoz.com), in these cases the user's overall score will be given by the sum of all the scores accrued in the individual Voz.

The points are assigned according to the following "table 1":
